The Immigrant Hall of Honor will recognize and create respect for the many ways in which immigrants from around the world have helped build the United States into a great nation. It will be a large and vibrant national museum in Central Texas where visitors will learn, in fun and interactive ways, about the amazing achievements of immigrants since 1776 in eighteen different career areas. Immigrants came to build a better life for themselves and their families. Many made life better for all of us. Their fascinating stories are here.

Do you have a phone? Try out a replica of the very first one — it was invented by an immigrant. Do you use wi-fi? Learn the amazing story of the immigrant Hollywood actress who shared the patent for the first version, and how her work helped win World War II. Have you ever sung God Bless America? Hear how its immigrant composer played it and many other famous songs he wrote.

Plus — a special area where people can record their own family immigration success stories to preserve for generations to come. And so much more! Fun and exciting exhibits and activities will make this an educational visit to treasure.
